Thank you for checking out our application form for the J-style fashion show at Animangapop, sponsored by Listen Flavor. As part of our event, we want to showcase the creativity of the UK’s J-fashion scene, which is where our wonderful models come in!

All J-fashion fans are welcome to apply - we look forward to having you!

Before we start, here are a few points of note.

If you are selected as a model, you will be required to:

have purchased a valid ticket for the Animangapop event you will be modelling at, since this is a voluntary position.
keep up to date with all announcements related to the fashion show. Any important correspondence will be communicated via email, so please make sure to check your inbox (including your junk folder) regularly!
support your fellow models and be kind and courteous to any event staff and participants.
treat any property on site with the utmost care, including stage equipment and items of clothing and accessories which may be provided.
be accompanied by a parent or guardian, if you're under 16 years old

※ Please be aware that Listen Flavor’s clothing tends to come in sizes varying from Asian small to medium as well as one-size (fitting a variety of clothing sizes) which may not be suitable for everyone.
